In May 2015 I had a stillborn baby, my son Caleb, at 35 weeks. I didn’t know about the milk bank at this point, and had to let my milk dry up, which was so hard for me, because with my first two children I had breastfed for more than year each. I loved it. Then I gave birth to my fourth child, and by this point I had discovered the milk bank. I was blessed to be able to breastfeed him, and pump enough to donate for over a year. It was so healing to be able to donate, and you allowed me to do it under Caleb’s name, which was also very healing. Thank you for the opportunity to do something under my son’s name that could help a living baby.
