Mid-Atlantic Mothers’ Milk Bank, a nonprofit donor milk bank serving the hospitals and families of a five-state area, is accepting nominations for its volunteer Board of Directors. The organization has experienced tremendous growth since opening its doors in 2016 and is seeking to expand the Board as it evolves services to meet the increasing needs of the medically fragile infants of the region.

Mid-Atlantic Mothers’ Milk Bank’s Board of Directors strives for representation reflecting the diverse communities that we serve. All individuals who would like to support the milk bank’s mission and possess the needed expertise are encouraged to apply, including but not limited to, our BIPOC and LGBTQ+ neighbors and those who have diverse family structures.
Individuals may apply for themselves or nominate another person. The application deadline is October 25, 2024.
