Neighborhood Assistance Tax Credit Program

Support the Milk Bank and medically vulnerable babies, eligible businesses receive up to a 90% PA tax credit.

Pasteurized human milk is more than the mother of all nutrition. It’s good medicine. And for the most vulnerable babies, it has been proven to promote growth, boost immune systems, protect from infections, and help avoid serious illness.

The non-profit Mid-Atlantic Mothers’ Milk Bank uses Pennsylvania’s NAP tax credits to encourage businesses to make donations to distribute more than 40,000 ounces of donor milk each month to 80 hospital units across the region, while receiving a tax credit. Depending on programs, donations, and eligibility, an organization can receive a 65% or 90% credit.
